All Illinois Children Need Access to Quality Schools
Thousands of Illinois children attend schools that fail to meet their educational needs. Children living in neighborhoods that have lower socioeconomic conditions lack a variety of educational choices. Currently, only families that have the financial means really have “school choice” – the ability to send their children to the school that best meets their needs. Students from poor areas are not afforded that same choice.
